A cup of tea part 1

London! I went on a little get away for a few days, eat some great food, enjoy the sunny weather (!) and improve my British accent. Oh London....great city, so much to see.


Flying above the Mediterranean coast is always such a pretty sight. 


Hyde park, real fall. I could have walked for hours. 



Laduree blew me away. Ridiculously good pastries.

Citrus brioche, to die for. Texture, sweetness, toasted almonds....Pure perfection.

    Ladurée (onaj u rue Bonaparte) sam posjetio nakon Pierre Herme-ovog choco-butika u Parizu. I fizički su tako blizu kao i stilski. bio sam tako oduševljen teksturama, nježnim a opet bogatim okusima.ništa nije prenepadno, a opet sve tako osebujno.
    Zavidim ti na CIA-i. I sam bi tako volio otići tamo na školovanje. Za sad mi se bližim čini da bi mogao upisati ALMA (la scuola internazionale di cucina italiana)u Parmi..
