ReplyDeleteLadurée (onaj u rue Bonaparte) sam posjetio nakon Pierre Herme-ovog choco-butika u Parizu. I fizički su tako blizu kao i stilski. bio sam tako oduševljen teksturama, nježnim a opet bogatim okusima.ništa nije prenepadno, a opet sve tako osebujno.
ReplyDeleteZavidim ti na CIA-i. I sam bi tako volio otići tamo na školovanje. Za sad mi se bližim čini da bi mogao upisati ALMA (la scuola internazionale di cucina italiana)u Parmi..
